Service Agreement

Locke Service Co. Maintenance Agreement program’s semi-annual performance cleanings and inspections can help lower your utility bills, extend the life of your equipment, reduce or eliminate the need for costly repairs and increase the performance of your comfort systems. Maintenance is always less expensive than repairs and like most companies City Public Service advises that you have your heating and air conditioning equipment serviced each season, or it may cost you more than a tune-up cost in wasted energy.
